Have you ever thought about what EXACTLY “Mending a Broken Heart” means?

It’s very simpe. Think about what healing a broken leg means. Does it mean you can run again, wear beautiful hills, and have pedi with flowers? You don’t have to take painkilles, use a walker, and feel bad. You are almost there. This would be a RESULT of healing your broken leg. What would the processe? Well, to visit the doctor, place a cast, go through a healing rotine, and then start walking…slow, then faster, and only then run, dance in hills, and and wear the most seductive toe designs.

The same principles apply to mending a broken heart. Do you want to feel happy, enjoy every minute of your life, forget about a painful experience, meet your true love, and live happily ever after? Those are RESULTS. But in order to get your results, you have to go through the PROCESS of Mending a Broken Heart.

What needs to be done in order to Mend a Broken Heart?

1)      You have to realize that you REALLY want to mend your broken heart. Do not smile sarcastically – I know people who just enjoy swimming in their misery because they get tons of attention this way. Their frends and family suddenly call them more often, bring them gifts, take them out, etc. As a result, a  heart-broken person suddenly gets showered with attention and even though she says that she “wants to get over it”, subconciosly she does everything to stay where she is.

2)      You have to accept the fact that healing your broken heart is a process. It won’t happen overnight and will require your own work. You can have all the guidance in the world, but you have to do your work yourself. It’s like losing weight. You have to hire a personal trainer and a nutritionist, but YOU are the one who has to go on a diet and exercise.

3)      You have to stop listening to “experts” who suggests that giving yourself a little time to cry, miss your ex, and eat comfort food for a while is ok. They use this trick to keep your attention because it will make you feel not guilty as well as give you an extra excuse to keep waisting your time.

4)      You have to stop discussing your break up with friends and family because it brings you back to negative mood.

5)      You have to stop doing everything that makes you think about your former love; watch love movies, listen to romantic music etc. You should figure out what brings you positive emotions and stick to this. If it’s comedy movies – watch them every day.

6)      And the most important thing you have to understand is like attracts like – in order for you to get positive events in your life you have to find positive things in EVERYTHING that is going on in your life as well as in EVERYBODY who surrounds you. You have to accept the world the way it is and stop willing to change it.

I went through series of break ups till I figured out the formula that really works but the most significant case of broken heart took about 3 years to heal. Now two weeks is enough to move forward and accept the situation as a great experience. Remember, the more positive you will be, the better surprises life will bring to you. And guess what? The person who broke your heart is not your true love, he is just “training equipment” that you used in order to meet YOUR REAL TRUE LOVE.

First Date Wear – DOs and DON’Ts

Dear Ladies,
Today I’m going to talk about the first date at a restaurant where he invited you for dinner.

 
Have you ever wondered why he didn’t call after your first date? Especially when you ended up almost having sex in the car? Well, the good news is that there is always another time, another date, or another man. Anyways, I suggest not to worry. This is life and life is about lessons. I figured out the “perfect first date outfit” by the long way of trial and errors (and I’m talking about my own errows as well as my friends and clients).

 
Don’t get me wrong, the first date is not about what you wear – it’s about how do you feel, behave, and talk. It’s about chemistry and energy. However, your look IS important because chemistry is partially based on your look.  When a man says that he’s attracted to your beautiful soul and kind heart, I hardly doubt that your heart is inside of a 500 pound tattooed body with a face full of wrinkles and pimples.

 
OK, back to the first date. If he invites you to the restaurant, I suggest two main choices. Let me explain why. There are two main winning looks – classy and trendy (I hope you understand that being classy can be even more sexier than anything else). Even if you meet a 21 year old guy, trust me, if he will see you looking Classy Chik, he will fall for you right away.

 
OK, back to our First Date Outfit
1)      If the restaurant (Lounge) is upscale, wear a little black dress.
2)      If the restaurant is not that trendy and expensive, nice jeans with a classy top are a great idea.

HOW TO WEAR

The Little Black Dress

• Has to cover your assets (you’ll have plenty of time to show them later).  Yes, ladies, remember mystery is the key. Make sure that if your dress is too short, it covers your top and preferably has sleeves. Leave all fancy cuts for special occasions.

 

• Is not supposed to spark like Christmas tree toy.

 

• Wear hills, but no open shoes with tights. Hills will make you look slimmer and your legs longer. Do not wear 8 inch hills – leave it either for pole dance class or for women who wear them as a uniform (you know who I’m talking about).

 

• Wear one piece of jewelry. If you have huge diamonds – do not wear them till date number 5. Expensive jewelry usually scares men away. Tons of non expensive jewelry will cheap your look. You also don’t want to make noise like a factory producing tractor chains. 
   Jeans and Tops

• Jeans are supposed to be your real, not your dream size – nothing can be unsexier than pieces of meat hanging from your waist line.

 

• If jeans are pretty classy, your top can show some cleavage. Make sure that “some” do not look like the bikini top. You can always wear those to a club at your girls night out when you have no intention to start serious relationships.

 

• Leave too ripped jeans for the beach, or hanging out with friends at the bar.

 

• Hills are the way to go, but again, make sure that they look classy and haven’t been designed to go to a movie premier.

The Pisces are kings of undesicivness  and the only sign that might not even know why he decided to have sex particularly with this person.
